I had an e-mail asking me to remove a link from this site to another. A lot of
Web masters are receiving such messages. I hope you will join me in treating such
e-mails with contempt.
This is a train of thought that's been evolving in my head for over 40 years. Time to
give it some online expression. It's my explanation for why I'm an atheist and why I've been
one ever since I was a child.
I've been meaning to do this for ages and have finally made a start …
I don't have any recordings of my time working in radio except for some interviews I did and a documentary I
researched and presented at the end of 1989. At the risk of running foul of copyright lwayers I want to put that
material online and have finally begun to do so. First up is an interview I did with Melissa Etheridge in September
1989. This coincided with the release of her second album, a time when few had heard of her and a young jock
on an evening programme on a little radio station in Suffolk could get to talk to her.
